Draft vs issued (and monthly quotas)

What counts toward limits, IST reset, and why re-print is free.

Almost every document has two stages: draft (editable, no quota) and issued (finalized for print; quota applies once).

Rules

Quota increments only on first transition to issued — not on save draft, not on re-print.
Monthly period uses Asia/Kolkata (IST), period key YYYY-MM, reset at IST midnight on the 1st.
Documents (combined) — quotation + proforma + invoice + packing list + delivery challan + purchase order: Free 30 / Pro 500 / Max unlimited per company per month.
Gate passes and visitor passes have their own monthly counters (Free 60 each; higher on Pro/Max).
Datasheets issued is separate (Pro 100 / Max 500) — not part of documents combined.
